Exactly what we do with your Google account

Multiloq runs on the business.manage permission in the Google Business Profile API. The full scope is below — no fine print.

You can revoke access at any time

In the Multiloq panel (Locations → Disconnect Google account) or directly on your Google account permissions page. After disconnecting we delete the tokens and stop fetching or publishing anything.

What we fetch from Google

  • The locations you have permissions for: name, address, city, website and the API identifier.
  • Statuses of published posts — whether they are live, awaiting moderation or rejected, along with Google's message.
  • The Google Business Profile account name — so we can tell which account the locations came from.

What we do on your behalf

  • We publish posts, offers and events to the locations you select — only on your explicit instruction.
  • We retry publications that failed due to a temporary problem on Google's side, and those you retry manually.
  • We do not change opening hours, descriptions, profile photos or any other location data.

What we never do

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
  • We do not use it for ads, profiling or training AI models.
  • We do not read reviews, customer messages or the location's analytics.
  • We never ask for your Google password — authorization happens in Google's own window and Multiloq only receives an access token.
